For the best print quality and sharpest results, we recommend uploading SVG files whenever possible. SVG files are vector-based, meaning they can be scaled to any size without losing clarity or detail.
Don’t have an SVG file? No problem. Our design team will recreate your artwork as a production-ready vector graphic at no additional charge, regardless of the file type you upload.
Before any order enters production, you’ll receive a digital proof showing your vectorized artwork, garment details, print locations, and sizing. Nothing is printed until you review and approve the final proof, ensuring everything looks exactly the way you want it.

Yes. As part of every order, our design team will professionally recreate and vectorize your logo at no additional charge. You’ll receive a digital proof for approval before production begins.
Absolutely. Within 24 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive an approval email containing your final mockups, artwork colors, print locations, logo sizes, garment details, and size breakdown.
Please review this approval carefully, as production begins immediately once the proof is approved. If you’d like any changes made, you can request revisions directly from the approval email before approving.
We understand this extra step may seem like a slight inconvenience, but we’re committed to delivering exceptional results and ensuring every order is accurate before production begins. Our approval process helps eliminate surprises and gives you complete confidence in the final product.
Pricing is calculated based on:
Number of colors in your design
Front vs. back print placement
Product type selected
Quantity ordered
Our product designer tool automatically calculates pricing based on the number of colors detected in your artwork.
Front and back prints are priced separately because each print area requires:
Separate setup
Separate ink application
Separate production time
Adding a back print will increase the total cost accordingly.
Each additional color in your design requires:
Separate screen setup
Additional ink usage
Extra production time
Because of this, pricing increases based on the number of colors used in your design.
If the color count displayed in the designer tool does not look accurate, please contact us before placing your order.
Sometimes gradients, shadows, or image compression can cause the system to detect extra colors. Our team will manually review your design and confirm accurate pricing.
Designs with more than 5 colors will typically be produced using DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. DTF allows us to reproduce complex artwork, gradients, and unlimited colors without the additional setup required for screen printing.
If you would prefer your design to be screen printed, please let us know in your order notes or reply to your approval email. We are happy to review the artwork and discuss available options.
Please note that screen printing designs with more than 5 colors may increase production time and could extend the standard turnaround time for your order.
As always, the final production method will be shown in your approval email before production begins.

If the items you receive differ significantly from your approved proof, contain a production defect, include the wrong garment style or color, or have a print or embroidery issue caused by us, please contact our team. We will review the issue and work with you to find the best solution, whether that means a replacement, correction, reprint, store credit, or refund.
Because every order goes through an approval process before production, we ask that you carefully review all proofs before approving them. If the final product does not match the approved proof due to an error on our end, we will make it right.

Yes. We source products from trusted brands and authorized suppliers to ensure authenticity and quality.
Yes. Most products can be ordered with a minimum quantity of just one item. Whether you need a single shirt, a small batch, or a large bulk order, we’re happy to help.
Please note that pricing may vary based on the product, decoration method, and quantity ordered. Some specialty items may have higher minimums, but most apparel products can be ordered individually.
We carefully count and quality-check every order before it leaves our facility. If you believe you’re missing items, please contact us within 4 days of delivery and we’ll investigate the issue.
In some cases, we may include a few extra pieces at no charge to account for potential production defects. If an item was unintentionally omitted from your order, we will work quickly to correct the issue.
Please include your order number and photos of the items received when contacting us at info@theprintinglab.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
No problem. After placing your order, you’ll receive an approval email where you can review all details and add notes about anything that needs to be changed.
This includes artwork, colors, size breakdowns, print placement, logo sizing, and other order details.
Once the approval email is approved, your order immediately moves into production. At that point, we unfortunately cannot make changes, so please review everything carefully before approving.
If your order arrives with:
A manufacturing defect
Incorrect item (wrong product sent)
Major print error caused by our production team
Please contact us within 4Â days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
If the error is confirmed to be on our end, we will:

Yes. You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as your approval email has not been approved and your order has not entered production.
Once your approval email is approved, your order immediately moves into production and can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded. Please review your approval email carefully before approving to ensure all details are correct.

Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Yes! After your order is processed and shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on our website to check the real-time status of your shipment.
